RENEGADE Motel
The brief:
Jeep wanted to produce a film to promote a once in a lifetime competition they were running for customers to win the opportunity to spend the night in a tent attached to one of the pylons at the top of the O2.
Our challenge:
The biggest challenge for this film was how we were going show just how extreme this prize was. The tent was attached to a single pylon on top of the roof of the O2 and we had to get our film crew and kit up into the tent so people could see the view and realise how extreme it really was.
Our solution:
By working with the safety team at the O2, we employed specialist mountaineering cameramen who were experienced and capable at shooting in very high and extreme environments. This meant on the day they were able to safely harness themselves to the pylon and climb around the structure to get the very best and most challenging shots.
This combined with our experienced and award-winning aerial drone teams footage meant we had the best combination of drone and actual ”in tent” footage which showcased the experience to the maximum.
